Return & Refund Policy

Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• be unused
• be in perfect condition
• be returned in its original packaging or appropriate packaging

⚠️ As our products are handmade, slight variations in size, color, or pattern may occur.
These characteristics are part of their authenticity and do not constitute a defect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error has occurred on our part.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
